Uzbekistan has approved a new administrative procedure governing the inclusion of legal entities in the Register of Private Employment Agencies, formalizing access to the employment services market.
The regulation establishes a unified process for registration, record-keeping and updating information in the Register, strengthening transparency and regulatory oversight.
The procedure applies to legal entities intending to provide the following services:
Only entities included in the Register are permitted to carry out such activities, in line with the Law on Private Employment Agencies.
